HERITAGE GRANTS OPEN FOR CASTLE HILL

Mr Mark Hodges MP, Member for Castle Hill is encouraging individuals, businesses, local government, and not-for-profit organisations who are the owner, manager, long-term lessee, or custodian of an item listed on the State Heritage Register to apply for the latest round of NSW Heritage Grants.

 

Mr Hodges said applications are now open for the 2025–27 NSW Heritage Grants Round with grants from $10,000 to $300,000 (matched funding) on offer.

 

“Preserving, maintaining and conserving our heritage is critical to ensuring the longevity of these heritage protected items in our community,” Mr Hodges added.

 

“The aim of this program is about making sure our State listed heritage items can begiven the resources they need to be kept for future generations.”

 

Shadow Minister for the Environment James Griffin said this funding will continue to build on the investment made by the former Liberal and Nationals Government when he was the Minister for Environment and Heritage.

 

Applications are currently open and close at 10am on 30 January 2025.
